1 1/2 pounds of lean ground chuck
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
8 ounces linguine or thin spaghetti, uncooked
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Cook ground chuck, chopped onions and green pepper over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until browned. Drain off the grease and return meat, onions and pepper to skillet. Add salt, pepper and tomato sauce. Cook 10 minutes over medium-low heat stirring occasionally. Cook linguine according to package directions, adding salt. Drain. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream; stir well. Stir in the green onions. Add the cooked linguine and mix well. Spoon linguine mixture into a greased 13x 9 x 2" baking dish. Pour meat sauce over the top of linguine mix; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
