3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 TBS flour
1 can evaporated milk
2-2 1/2 TBS cocoa
1 TBS margarine
Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs. Beat egg yolk and set aside. Mix sugar, flour, cocoa, and milk. Add a little milk to egg yolk before combining to the flour mixture. Add 1 TBS margarine and cook over medium heat until mixture thickens. Stir constantly. Once it starts to boil it usually is thick enough. Pour into baked pie shell.
