6 large onions
2 green peppers
Whole tomatoes (fresh or canned)
1 head of cabbage
large stalk of celery
1 pkg. of dry onion soup mix (Lipton's)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut vegetables and cover with water in large pot, bring to boil for 10 minutes. Cover and reduce heat, simmer until vegetables are soft.

This soup is from 7 day eating plan that was poplar in years past. It can be eaten anytime and as much as you want. Its very tasty.
