1# bulk pork sausage
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1 C (4oz) shredded parmesan cheese

22 large jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded

ranch dressing (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook the sausage over med heat until no longer pink; drain. In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and parmesan cheese; fold in sausage. Spoon about 1 T. into each pepper half. Place in 2 ungreased 13x9 pans. bake, uncovered, at 425º for 15-20 minutes or until filling is lightly browned and bubbly. Serve with ranch dressing.

Can spice this up abit with some hot sauce. I also used Mexican cheese in place of the parmesan cheese
