1 large head cabbage, shredded
1/4 lb. bacon, cut fine
Egg mixture: 1 egg. beaten, 3 T sugar, 2 T vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon and remove from skillet. Put cabbage in skillet with low heat and cover. (cook in the bacon fat. May want to poor off some of the fat.) Steam until tender, stirring several times.Season (salt and pepper) Stir in egg mixture. Cook uncovered 10 minutes. Mix in bacon.
