1 bag (32 oz.) of frozen Southern Style (cubed) hash brown potatoes
1 carton (32 oz.) Swanson chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup (or cream of onion)
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
1 ham steak, cut into small cubes
shredded cheddar cheese for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Put hash brown potatoes into 3 to 4-quart slow cooker. Mix in ham cubes and cream soup. Pour chicken broth over all and stir. Cook on low for 6 hours. Add container of sour cream and stir. Cook another hour on low.
