1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c butter
1 14oz bag caramels
1 14oz bag large marshmallows
1 10oz box crisp rice cereal

Directions:
Directions:
In the top of a double boiler, combine milk, butter and caramels. Heat over boiling water, stirring until smooth. Remove from the heat. With a fork, dip marshmallows quickly into hot mixture, them roll in cereal. Place on a foil-lined pan; chill for 30 minutes. Remove form the pan and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
