2 packages mixed vegetables
1/4 cup hot water
1 t. salt
2 t. butter
Sauce-
1/4 cup butter
2 cups milk
1/4 cup Velvetta cheese
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Steam 2 packages of frozen mixed vegetables in 1/4 cup of hot water. Cook 5 minutes after defrosted. When done; drain. Season vegetables with 1 t. salt, 2 t. butter. Mix gently. To make sauce melt 1/4 cup butter. Add 1/4 cup flour, 2 cups milk gradually and 1/4 cup Velvetta cheese. Pour vegetables in greased dish and pour sauce over and cover with 2 cups of bread crumbs. Drizzle with a tablespoon of butter. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees until crumbs are brown and crisp.
