2 packages cherry Jell-o
2 cups hot water
2 cups crushed pineapple
1 cup cherries chopped
2 lb. graham crackers, crushed
2 cups melted butter
2 egg whites
1 cup sugar
2 cups cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jell-o in hot water. Cool and add fruit. Set in refrigerator until mix begins to thicken. Beat well and fold in beaten egg whites. Add the sugar and fold in cream. Butter a large mold and spread cracker crumbs. Pour in mixture and sprinkle top generously with more cracker crumbs. Refrigerate overnight.
