6-7 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. smoked ham, cubed
2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
3 eggs beaten
2 cups milk
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
3 lb. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bread and ham; put in pan first. Add cheese. Beat eggs; add milk, mustard and salt. Pour over mixture in pan. Top with 1 or 2 slices of bread which is cubed small. Pour melted butter over all. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º for 1 hour covered.
