Ingredients:  
1 32-ounce bag of frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 16 ounce container of sour cream
2 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
cubed ham (optional)
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Put in greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 300 for 2 hours uncovered.
