Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 large garlic cloves minced
1 small jar (3 - 4 oz) sun dried tomatoes in oil
1 1/2 lb chicken tenders
salt
paprika (just a little)
1 cup half and half
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
8 oz penne pasta
1 T basil or less
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 cup reserved cooked pasta water
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Drain chopped sun dried tomatoes reserving 2 T of oil. In a large pan on medium high heat add the reserved oil and sauté the sun dried tomatoes for 1 minute. Add garlic and sauté for another minute. Salt the chicken tenders and lightly dust with the paprika. Add to pan and sauté a minute on each side. Add the half and half and the cheese. Bring to a gentle boil while stirring constantly. Immediately reduce to simmer and cook until all the cheese melts and creamy sauce forms. Add basil and red pepper flakes. Add the pasta that has been cooked by box instructions and rinsed with cold water. Stir to combine. Add about 1/2 cup reserved cooked pasta water if sauce becomes too thick. Season with salt and additional red pepper flakes, to taste, if needed. Simmer until tenders are completely cooked.
