1 large can chow mein noodles
5 cups cut-up chicken
1 13-ounce can evaporated milk
1 can chicken and rice soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes. Save a few noodles to spread on top the last few minutes and sprinkle slivered almonds (optional).
