1 beaten egg
2 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon onion soup mix
2 tablespoons bottled barbecue sauce, chili sauce, or catsup
13 pounds lean ground beef
3 cups bottled barbecue sauce, chili sauce, or catsup

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl combine egg, stuffing mix, milk, onion soup mix, and the 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce; add ground beef and mix well. Shape into five loaves. Arrange loaves around edge of a 1:-quart microwavable casserole. Cook covered on 100% power (high) for 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink. Spoon 3 cups barbecue sauce over loaves before serving.
