Ingredients:
Yellow and red grape tomatoes.
Mozzarella balls packed in water (in the gourmet cheese section)
Fresh Basil
Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chop tomatoes into small slices or quarters. Chop mozzarella into quarters as well. (If you are using the large roll of mozzarella just dice it into cubes). Add Balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.

It's a guessing game here. You just add them until it tastes great. Add chopped fresh basil. I like to serve it over bread crisps that are toasted in garlic butter and Parmesan cheese. Yum!
