3 Cups Self Rising Cornmeal

1/2 Cup Flour

2 Eggs

1 Small Can Cream Style Corn

1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/3 Cup Chopped Jalapeno Peppers

1/3 Cup Chopped Onion (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together with enough milk to make a paste.

Put enough olive oil or bacon grease in an iron skillet to cover the bottom, heat till very hot, almost smoking.

Pour mixture in and bake till golden brown.
