1/2 Ground Beef
1 jar (32 oz) spaghetti sauce
1/2 Cup water
1 container (15 oz) ricotta or cottage cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese
1.2 teaspoon pepper
9 Lasagna noodles (uncooked)
1/2 pound mozzarella cheese (thinly sliced)

Brown and drain ground beef.
Stir in spaghetti sauce and water. Cook until bubbly.
Combine ricotta, egg, salt and pepper.
Spoon 1/2 cup sauce in 12"x8" dish.
Alternately layer noodles, egg mixture, mozzarella cheese and sauce, forming 3 layers, cook, cover with plastic wrap at High for 8 minutes.
Then lower temperature to low and cook for an additional 35 to 38 minutes.
