Directions:
ok melt your butter in a large soup pan , - add all of your fresh vegetables to the butter you can add a little bit of cooking oil to the butter just enough to cover the bottom of the pan ( I like to use peanut oil) saute them till your squash and carrots are tender to the bite (not to soft not too hard) - add your drained canned vegetables and seasonings to the mix - (sometime I like to add a little Oregano, star of anise (both spices are optional) then add your water to the soup base I use just enough to cover the vegetables, bring it to a simmer now add your heavy whipping cream,- now add your bay leafs - bring it too a boil now you can use 1 table spoon of powdered chicken base if you wish, but if you want the dish to stay a Quarian use a vegetable powder or bullion cube, now added the frozen sliced spinach then let it thicken a bit. serve hot you can eat it cold if you choose.

Personal Notes:
I was suffering from a really bad cold once, I usually have a heavy diet with roasted meats & sausages and very little vegetables. the cold was so bad the restaurant was closed a couple of days. Wila'Caeras vas Xevum stopped by my apartment to feed me this dish I was lucking enough it was sanitized so I could eat it, or I would have been deathly sicker then I was. I actually had a quick recovery, then quickly changed the vegetables from dextrose carbon based vegetables. you know Wila'Caeras vas Xevum told me she could actually eat other foods other then dextrose based, as long as she had dextrose amino acids supplements of some kind. this dish has a very fragrant aroma
