2 Rolls of Mild Sausage

1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup

8 oz French Onion Soup Mix

1/4 cup Chopped Green Pepper

1 Package Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns, thawed.

1 Package Shredded Cheddar Cheese

8 oz Sour Cream

1 Cup Chopped Onion

1/4 cup Chopped Red Pepper

Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Cook sausage, drain. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheddar cheese. Mix well. Pour in to baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-45 minutes.
