4-5 medium zucchini
1 can cream of chicken ( or celery) soup
1 8 oz container sour cream
1 stick margarine, melted
1 large onion
1 8 oz. pkg Pepperidge Farms seasoned dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and slice zucchini and onion. Cook 5 minutes in boiling, salted water. Drain and mix with soup and sour cream. Mix melted butter and dressing crumbs. Put half dressing mixture in bottom of casserole dish, add zucchini, top with remaining dressing. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Freezes well.
