4 Bananas (mashed)
1 C. Sugar
2 Eggs (slightly beaten)
2 C. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 C. Melted Butter
1 Tbsp. Buttermilk
1 C. Chopped Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bananas, sugar, eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter. Mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix. Add walnuts and pour into single loaf pan (greased and floured) or 3 small loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 40-50 min.

This recipe makes 1 large loaf. I like to divide it up and make smaller loaves to share!
