1 c water
1/2 c butter
1 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Put water and butter into a saucepan and heat until water boils. Pour flour and salt into hot mixture and beat thoroughly. Stir and cook over low heat until mixture forms a stiff ball. Remove from heat and add unbeaten eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each egg is added. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a greased baking sheet.
For small puffs, bake @ 450 for 15 minutes then 325 for 20 minutes.
For large puffs, bake @ 450 degrees for 20 minutes and 325 for 25 minutes. Fill with whipped cream or pudding.
