1 Lg. Head Romaine Lettuce
1 C. Grated Swiss Cheese
1 C. Craisins
1 C. Salted Cashews
1 C. Diced Pears
1 C. Diced Apples


Dressing:
1/2 C. Sugar
1/3 C. Lemon Juice
2 tsp. Green Onion (chopped)
2/3 C. Oil
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Poppyseeds

Directions:
Directions:
Chop Romain leaves into small pieces. Add remaining ingredients and toss with dressing.
