1 12 oz. can corned beef
1/4 cup horseradish
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 small onion, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mash corned beef and mix with all other ingredients. Mold into ball form and freeze for 45 minutes.
Remove from freezer and roll in parsley flakes. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
