1 angel food cake, baked
1/2 pt whipping cream
Powdered sugar
2 boxes frozen, well drained strawberries - reserve the juice
1 pkg Danish Junket Dessert
Directions:
Directions:
Cut the angel food cake in 3 layers. Whip the cream, adding powdered sugar to taste. Stir well drained strawberries in well. Spread between layers of angel food cake. Cook junket dessert as directed on package using strawberry juice instead of water. Cool to room temperature and spread like icing over the cake. Chill.
