1 lb. Butter
2 c. Peanut Butter
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
2 lbs. Powdered Sugar
2 lbs. Coating Chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
Beat first three ingredients until smooth.
Add about 1/2 lb. sugar at a time.
Knead until smooth and firm enough to shape into small egg shapes.
Place on waxed paper covered cookie sheet.
Cover with waxed paper and chill in refrigerator until firm and cold.
Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave, stirring often.
Using two forks, dip eggs, one at a time, letting excess drip off.
Remove to waxed paper covered surface.
Cool.
