Boneless chicken breast sliced thin.
Olive Oil.
Parmesan Cheese, grated
Salt & Pepper
Diced garlic
Garlic powder
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in baking dish. Turn in olive oil to coat. Add salt & pepper, garlic powder, and tbs of diced garlic (or cloves) and parsley. Add grated LOTS of grated cheese on top & underneath chicken. Cover with foil and cook at 375 until chicken is done. Remove foil to brown and make cheese crispy!!

Jess's favorite, still! The name came when the cheese would brown on the baking dish and Karen and Debbie would pick the cheese off as their favorite part. Hence, picky chicky.
