1 lb. kielbasa or smoked sausage, finely ground, divided
1 pkg. puff pastry, thawed
1 c. Hot and sweet mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in pan, drain.
Unfold one sheet pastry, spread one half of pastry sheet with mustard and spread one half of pastry sheet with sausage.
Roll from long edge, very tightly, toward center. STOP.
Turn and roll up other edge to meet in the center.
Wrap tightly in foil.
Repeat with remaining pastry. (two rolls)
Chill one hour.
Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Slice rolls 1/2 inch thick and lay flat on a parchment paper covered pan.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Watch carefully. They burn easily.
