2 to 4 lbs. large frozen shrimp, thawed
6 oz. vinegar
1 can beer
4 tbs. Old Bay seasoning
1 tbs. salt
1 oz. celery seed
1 tbs. red pepper flakes
2 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except shrimp.
Pour mixture over shrimp in a large pot and stir.
Cover and steam, stirring several times, for about ten minutes.
Remove from heat and leave covered for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain and chill.
Serve with sauce:

1 c. catsup,1 tsp. lemon juice, 1 tbs. honey or brown sugar, 1 tbs. horseradish.
Blend well.
