6-8 round steaks
1-2 onions sliced into rings
28 ounce can tomato sauce
1-2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Spray bottom of large crock pot with nonstick spray. Place steaks in bottom of pot and salt and pepper them well. Spread sliced onion on top of steaks. Next poor tomato sauce all over the top. Add Worcestershire sauce and cook on low 7 hours or on high 4 hours.
