6-8 medium red potatoes
4 boiled eggs, chopped
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup diced pickles
1 t. celery seed
1 cup mayonnaise or enough to cover good
3 T. sweet pickle juice (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Peel potatoes, dice and cook in water with 1 1/2 t. salt for about 10 minutes.
Drain and cool. Add other ingredients and stir enough to mix.
