Ingredients:  
Mix 2 c. warm water, 2 T. yeast, c. sugar, and 1 t. salt (I use garlic salt to add more flavor). When mixed, add 6 c. flour. Thoroughly mix with dough hook.
Cover bowl and let it sit 15 minutes.
Grease 12 x 18 inch cookie sheet. Spread out in sheet.
Top with melted butter and your choice of toppings
Garlic salt, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, Old Bay
Bake 375 for 15-20 minutes.
