Flour
Salt & Pepper
Milk
grated cheddar cheese

Combine with cooked pasta of your choosing.

Directions:
Directions:
Make a roux from the butter, flour, and salt and pepper. Add milk to desired thickness and then add grated cheese. Add to cooked pasta of your choosing.
Season to your liking. Can saute onions with the butter and dry mustard, if you desire, to the roux for flavor.
