Ingredients:  
2 cups heavy whipping cream, divided
2 cups chocolate (can use dark, milk or white choc (10oz)
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put chocolate into a large bowl; bring 1 cup of cream to a boil and
pour boiling cream over chocolate; add vanilla. Let sit for 1-2 minutes
whisk until smooth, cover and let cool; Beat the 2nd cup of cream until soft peaks form gently fold into chocolate mixture, put into pretty glass bowls and garnish with your choice of garnishes

Garnishes ideas
strawberries
raspberries
grated chocolate
mint leaf
seedless raspberry jam to make a sauce, thin with a bit of water or juice

Make a Parfait:
layer mouse/berries/moose berries top with cream and mint leaf
layer mouse/cookie crumbs/moose/crumbs use mix of mousse, milk and dark

Chocolate Ideas:
use mousse as a topping for a cake
use ganache
as a frosting for a cake, In between layers of cake
as a frosting for brownies
