1 lbs. boneless pork loin, cut into medallions
t. ground pepper
1 T. vegetable oil
⅓ c. orange juice
3 T. soy sauce
2 T. honey
1 T. dijon mustard
1 t. fresh ginger
2 Cloves garlic crushed
Fresh sliced oranges optional
Watercress sprigs optional

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle each pork slice with pepper
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat
Add pork slices; cook 3 minutes each side
Pour sauce over and cook for 4 minutes each side in sauce, take out pork and keep
Reduce sauce, or thicken with cornstarch
Serve with oranges and watercress and sauce
