Ingredients:  
1 lb of pinto beans
5 cups of water
Salt to taste
Mexican cream

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and rinse the beans.
Put beans and water in a pot.
Bring to a boil and let it boil for 10 min.
Add salt.
Lower heat until beans are soft.

Serve beans in a bowl and add 1tbs of Mexican cream.
