1 C. sifted whole wheat flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 eggs, separated
1 1/4 C. sour milk
1/4 C. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients 3 times. Add egg yolks and milk, beating with electric mixer on low speed. Add oil. Batter will be very thin. Beat hard for 2 min. Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake in a preheated waffle iron.
