1-2 Tomatoes
7-8 Peppers (any variety and you can combine different types)
1/2 Bunch of Cilantro
1 onion
Lime
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ingredients together until soft. Let cool and then add to food processor. Pulse 4-5 times. Add lime and salt to taste. (You will want to peel the tomatoes, but you can leave the seeds in the peppers).

**If you roast vegetables on grill it will give it a different flavor. You can add roasted garlic as well.
