1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Cream of Chicken Soup
1 1/3 C. water
3/4 C. uncooked white rice
1/2 tsp. onion powder
4 chicken breast halves
1/2 C. grated cheddar cheese

2 cups of fresh or frozen vegetables are optional.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir the soup, water, rice, vegetables (if desired), and onion powder in a 12x8 shallow baking dish.
2. Top with chicken. You can season the chicken if desired. Cover.
3. Bake at 375 for 45 min or until done. Top with cheese.

Makes 4 servings. Easy to double for a larger group.
