5-6 Large Tomatoes
Bunch of Cilantro
1 onion
Peppers (your preference)
Lime
Salt

Directions:

Raw:
Dice ingredients in small pieces. Add Lime and Salt to taste.

Cooked:
Cook all ingredients in a pan with water until tomatoes and onion are soft. (Option: You can roast the tomatoes and onions and peppers on a grill). Then let cool and peal the tomatoes. Put into food processor and pulse 4-5 times until the desired consistency (slightly chunky is the best). Add Lime and Salt to taste.
