Cheeseburger Spaghetti Recipe

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 box linguine
1 can mild Ro'tel tomatoes
1/2 c diced onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 TBSP butter
2 TBSP flour
2 c milk
8oz cheddar cheese
1-2 jalapeņos seeded and chopped
Handful of cilantro, chopped
Salt and Pepper

Preheat oven to 400. Brown ground been with onions and garlic. Add Ro'tel tomatoes. Cook linguine for about 6 minutes. (it will finish cooking as it bakes) Rinse will in a strainer.
Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in the flour. Add milk and whisk until thickened. Stir in jalapeņos. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
Bake 15-20 minutes until it starts to bubble and brown. If you make this ahead and it is coming from the fridge, back 45 minutes.
