STARTER: 1 1/2 c sugar 1 1/2 c flour 1 1/2 c milk

put ingredients in a gallon size ziplock back. *DO NOT REFRIGERATE. If air gets in the bag, open it and let it out.

DAY 1 - Mix Starter
DAYS 2-5 - Mash the bag to mix ingredients
DAY 6 - add 1 cups of each flour, sugar and milk
DAYS 7-9 - Mash the bag to mix ingredients
DAY 10 Pour mix into a non metal bowl and add 1 1/2 cups of each sugar, flour and milk.

This gives you 4 cups of starter. At this stage you can divide 1 cup into bags to give away, freeze or use to create bread.
