1 16 oz. box of macaroni
1 stick of butter
1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz. Velveeta cheese cut into smaller chunks
2 beaten eggs
1 can evaporated milk (the larger can, (13 oz?)

Cook macaroni, drain and set aside. In separate large pot combine all ingredients. Cook, stirring often, until everything is melted and makes a smooth sauce. Add macaroni and stir. Pour into 13x9 sprayed pan. Bake uncovered in oven at 350 for 30 minutes. Should be hot and bubbly by then. If desired, top with dry bread crumbs, and bake additional 5 minutes for browning.
