Ingredients:
Ingredients:
40 vanilla wafers, crushed (about 1 1/2 cups)
3 T. butter, melted
4 packages (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened and divided)
1 c. sugar (divided)
1 T. plus 1 tsp. vanilla divided
3 eggs
1 tub (8 oz.) cool whipped topping, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
HEAT oven to 325º. Mix wafer crumb and butter until crumbly. Press onto the bottom of a 9 inch spring form pan. BEAT 3 packages of cream cheese, 3/4 c. sugar and 1 T. vanilla with the mixture until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Mix on low spead after each egg, just until blended. Pour over the crust. BAKE 50-55 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Run knife around the rim of pan to losen the cake; cook completely in pan. BEAT remaining cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until well blended. Wisk in cool whip; spread over cheesecake. Refrigerate 4 hours. Remove ring from pan before serving. Garnish with fresh berries if desired.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Do not microwave butter or coolwhip. Important to run the knife around the ring. Divided means you will split those ingredients. Do not call Rob if you make this cheesecake (he will devour it), unless you put fruit on top.
