1 lb ground beef
3 slices bacon
3 medium potatoes, sliced
2 onions, sliced
4 carrots, sliced
1/2 green pepper, cut in strips
1 tsp bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
Put 1" pieces of bacon in bottom of electric frying pan. Top with ground beef made in to patties. Then layer on onion slices, potato slices, carrots, and green peppers. In that order. Turn pan to high for 5 minutes. Dissolve bouillon in 1/4 c water. Add to dinner. Turn pan to low medium and cover. Cook 45 minutes or until carrots and potatoes are done.
