6 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1 cup soft breadcrumbs
1/2 cup sherry
2 lbs. jumbo shrimp, cooked with shells removed

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, cream butter, salt and garlic. Stir in paprika, parsley and bread crumbs. Add sherry; mix well. In a buttered 9x13-inch baking dish arrange shrimp. Pour butter mixture over shrimp then top with bread crumbs. Bake in a preheated 375º oven until heated through, about 15 minutes.

Mom loved this recipe for special occasions. The first time she made it, she thought 2 pounds of shrimp would be plenty for everyone. But by the time it came out of the oven, it looked like the shrimp had reduced down to about half the amount. So make sure you double the recipe if you want to have enough to feed a crowd!
