2-8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
4 1/4 oz. can black pitted olives, drained and sliced
2 tbsp. green onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Place cream cheese, butter and blue cheese in a large mixing bowl; let stand for 30 minutes to reach room temperature. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Stir in olives and green onions. Form into a ball. Cover with plastic wrap and chill at least 4 hours.

This was one of mom's older cheese ball recipes. She would make it when friends came over to play pinnacle. Sometimes she would add 1 cup of cream to the recipe. We think it was because they could use it as a dip and no one had to put down their cards to spread it on a cracker!
