Ingredients:
Meat tenderizer- orange variety
Liquid smoke
Worcestershire sauce(optional)
Red wine or balsamic vinegar (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly sprinkle beef with tenderizer, just enough to cover. I prefer to do the whole process in a Ziploc bag. Then lightly sprinkle each side with liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, then vinegar. Marinade at room temperature at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours. This works for steaks and roast. The vinegar makes the meat very tender but can also make it cook faster and be salty so make your sprinkles lightly, but it is an excellent secret ingredient!
