1 stick butter
1/2 Cup chopped onion (optional)
1 15oz can whole corn (drained)
1 15 oz can of cream style corn
3 eggs
1 box of jiffy corn muffin mix
1 cup sour cream
1 to 1 1/2 c shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease 9x9 baking dish
Melt butter in a skillet and add onion and saute (cool)
In a medium bowl mix all ingredients together
Bake 45 minutes

I add the sour cream last and dab the sour cream on and can top with some shredded cheese also...
