1/2 kg Mutton
1 onion
1 large tomato
1 tbsp each ginger/garlic chopped
5 nos. Garam masala
2 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 cup coconut
1/2 tsp aniseeds
1/2 cup oil
Salt & water

Directions:
Directions:
Grind coconut with aniseed & little water & make a paste. Heat oil in a pan & sauté onion for 5 mins. When the onion becomes soft & brown, add chopped ginger/garlic and sauté. Add masala powders . When oil starts appearing add tomato and sauté. When tomato is cooked , add coconut paste. Sauté for 5-6 mins. Add mutton & mix well add 1/2 cup water & cook for 10 mins. Garnish with coriander eaves.
Serve hot with Roti & rice.
